After playing this game for 3-4 hours straight, I feel the headache. Does this happen to you too? What are your method to remove that headache? Did you take some sleep? Did you drink some certain brand fluids? Do you jog or do physical exercise? took a bath? shower? What is the most effective way to cure that headache?
1 clean hit to an enemy tank is enough to make my day in battle.

Check blood pressure. Most WoT-related hypertensive episodes are caused by arty or RNG.

On a serious note, do check your blood pressure. While my hyper tension is not caused due to arty/ rng, but it is a serious issue and needs to be addressed.

I personally do not get a headache, but then i do not play for 3-4 hours either. I play a max of 2 hours at a stretch. I always try to workout before my play sessions (i find i play better when i workout before a session) and i drink nothing but plain water during the whole sessions (no snacks either).

Ideally you get the hell away from your monitor every hour so you don't strain your eyes.

That's why you're getting headaches...

Sit further away from your monitor and take your eyes off your screen regularly and focus at something in the distance after a few battles.

Lack of proper hydration is a common cause of headaches, however coming to a game forum to discuss a medical issue is not the smartest thing to do, discuss your issue with your own doctor.

my headaches result from the total accumulation of stress due to highly incompetent teammates. only cure for that is either to take a sabbatical (which i am on right now due to gold shells), or somehow by the magic of Hocusporcusnincompox get gold shells of the game (which will happen in...Valve Time)
