Why Personal Reserves don't work

I've had up to 11 Personal Reserves, I've been activating them time to time but... nothing happens, there is not any place where this experience appears to be achieved. Their use is confusing or simply they don't work. Anybody any clue or experienced the same?

Personal reserves only work in random battles and front lines. Clan boosters work everywhere but they get higher value in clan battles(like strongholds and advances, for credits it can mean a 100% difference)

3 mark: 1390 leo pta is-7 e5 t26a 2 mark: m46,obj 907, 50100, e100, batchat 25t,  t57 heavy, grille 15, obj 140, is-6, is-3, vkd, pzivh, mutz, spic, CAX, 113

I appreciate the time you took to write your answer and I have see it in the documentation as well. However, once a Personal Reserve (Additional Crew Experience Per Battle (Large)) is activated, the experience is nowhere to be seen. I have tanks from tier III to VI, LTs and MTs. So, spectrum is wide to see changes in different tanks. Thus, my doubts remain.

Crew training reserves?

 

It's hard to see them work, because the only way to see Crew XP is indirectly: open a crew member's personal page and multiply his/her average Crew XP by total number of battles of that crew member.

 

If you play enough battles with crew training reserves on you should see the average Crew XP increase.

Not sure how that would happen. Every time I check my crew exp on tanks they always go up faster with crew exp boosters.

Maybe grab a screenshot of the after battle screens when you have a reserve activated.

A lot of reserve stuff doesn't show up in the post-battle screen for some reason. So, yeah, it's hard to notice. But they are actually active if you look at the results (your Free XP or Crew XP totals, or the amount of credits you've gained) out side the match results.
