Me and my team participated in [Casua] Crystal Warfare Ruby #43 ( Tier Ix) it started at 19 aug and already over . My team places at 5-8 th places but after 14 day i still not get prized . I already try to send ticket to world of tank support , they told me to send email to  esports-asia@wargaming.net  but until now after 24 hour i still get nothing even 1 single reply from them , Support refuse to help me this case ???

So what did i need to do to get my 500 gold ?? ,when will i get it ? or never ??

Hi JerryWh1te,

Because Ruby #43 only had 14 registered teams. This means that the gold prize from 5^th-8^th will be locked out due to certain teams getting a free BYE.

We implemented this policy back in April under the Terms & Conditions section in Week #43. Please remember to refer to these rules before registering for our tournaments
