Wot player support technical issue

Hi guys so I have a problem with my second factor authentication on my second account so I am trying to contact Wargaming player support however whenever I try to send a ticket, a pop-up pops up saying that the player support was having a technical issue and asked me to try again later. I have been trying this since yesterday. Any idea what happened? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like a temporary issue. However, try from another pc from your friend's house or something to be sure its not an issue with your cookie settings etc. Btw, during the conversation here, dont share your account pass at any point of time (I hope you already know the rules but just wanted to remind as its penalizing).

For a start, I would suggest clearing your browser cache and cookies. Do a hard refresh of the page. You can also try a different browser. If it's still an issue, please let us know as there is currently no outage in the ticketing system.

Errr I tried it again after clearing the browser cache and cookies and even trying Google chrome but now be of these methods worked. Any ideas what I can do?

As Conan said theres no  outage in support atm, better raise a ticket from friend's pc. Also pm Conan the details here including your system without mods, so he can speed up the process.

I forgot the exact file name, but Im sure someone can tell you in forum here. Also, once you right to support, they will ask for it and where o find it in your pc, so dont worry just write to them.

Ermmm I tried to borrow a friends pc but was unsuccessful as many of my friends are unavailable. Are there other ways to contact support or can I pm Conan my problems? If I do need to pm him, how do I do so? Btw, thanks meverick for all the help, thanks conan too.

could I check with you on the following:

- How were you trying to contact Player Support with? Direct key in on browser? or do you use the in-game contact support feature (I found you had been playing WOT Blitz instead of PC).

If you were using the in-game contact support feature, please try loading a browser on PC and directly send your case to https://asia.wargami...ucts/wotb/help/ to see if it works.

Additional note, some mini versions of browsers doesn't work on Player Support portal. I've tested using regular Chrome on my mobile and didn't had any issues in sending a ticket.

 

If you were loading on a browser and faced the issue,

- Which browser were you using and what is the current version?

- Which anti-virus or internet security program you have installed or added as a plug-in to the browser?

 

I'll stop here first to read through if I have enough information from this.

Ermmm no, the account which has the second factor authentication  problem is my wot pc wargaming account, so i am using my wotb wargaming account to try to contact support and use the forum. (I have two wg accounts) Thanks for trying to help, tho.

Is it possible if I give Conan or object 780 the details of my authentication via pm and they help me send the ticket on my behalf to Wargaming? Does it violate any rules?
