Yes its a rule violation, no WG staff would ever ask for your [edited] either. All issues can be resolved without your pass info!!

 

Just wait for admin/staff to respond here. Also, Conan has mentioned in trail message that he has sent your issuue to support on your behalf so keep an eye on your email as well. You can however, contact them (Conan/Obj) through pm as well to draw attention faster.

After some help from Object_780, (thanks), I think I got a ticket sent but as you can see from the screenshot, it reads "test ticket". Is my ticket legit?

I'm a bit unsure of its legitimacy as when I opened my gmail inbox yesterday, I received an email reading that my ticket has been sent even though I had not sent a ticket in that past hour.

Thread bump. Using this secondary account to raise this issue for my primary account.

 

I've tried on two PCs and a mobile for the past two days, Firefox and Chrome, and troubleshoot all devices.

Same error message, went to check the traffic log, seems like the domain wgcrowd.io is uncontactable.

I was SeaAxe, my account has been resolved! Will update when the webpage issue has been fixed.
