10 Seconds Maximum Under Water?

For open topped tanks like Object 261, it's logical to last only 10 seconds underwater, maximum, but, for regular, enclosed tanks like cromwell, it's more realistic to give them like... 30 or 40 seconds underwater right? and increase the camo rating by like... 400% while submerging. I believe that will improve the general gameplay dynamics. What do you think?
1 clean hit to an enemy tank is enough to make my day in battle.

Just becasue they are enclosed doesn't mean that they are water proof, Tanks like Cromwell were riveted so it had questionable waterproofing and Tanks with oscillating turrent had problems with leakage making them impossible to have NBC protection

 

Well there is also the problem of engine stalling underwater

I'm all for increasing the submerged time for arty only. No increase in camo though.

To add to the realism they'd need to double the repair bill for drowners as everything would need to be dried out as well.

u mean that FV304 or somethng like that will get even more overpowered? or tanks like 55 58 or somrthing like that auto loader shitG will be able to remain invisble? plz remove spg from that suggestion and i would be okay except about that 400% camo rating bonus fake news. A tank under water makes bubbles go up and this is not world of warships to begin with. Too much fake news for my ears.

Most arty are open-topped tho.

 

Also, it's amazing how many players still don't realize you can't fire your gun when drowning. Force-drowning other tanks is just 100% pure
