What about CGC and M55 ?

They must surface if they want to reload. and 40 sec max duration submerged bcz they are enclosed vehicle. But the unique thing is... once the reload has started, the reload will still continue until a shell is completely ready to fire even if the vehicle is submerged again.

So it goes something like this: Being submerged with the gun tip on surface, fire a shell, then get out of the water a bit to start reloading, and then submerge again to hide, and then fire again. If they have ventilation installed on the rear or front, they got reduced terrain resistance for moving forward & reverse bcz the vent fans can act as propeller underwater. However, if the vents are installed on the sides, they got bonus traverse speed for the same reason. Since no one has no way to tell exactly on which side the vents are installed, every tank have 50:50 chance to get either forward/reverse speed bonus, or traverse speed bonus. and skill bonus from the vent is disabled while submerged.

1 clean hit to an enemy tank is enough to make my day in battle.

If the vents are on top, do we still keep the bonus as long as the roof is above water?

Oh, and all vehicle are immune to burning, bcz underwater of course. And every flame from critical damage should be extinguished instantly when a tank is submerged.

Ah! This is exactly true. So, there are 33,33% chance of traverse speed bonus, 33,33% chance of forward / reverse speed bonus, and 33,34% chance of keeping the crew skill bonus.
1 clean hit to an enemy tank is enough to make my day in battle.

You clearly have not experienced an oil fire before...

In-game or Real life ?

It happened to me twice, once in MT 25 (in Live Oaks) and later in LTG (in Swamp) where fire was instantly extinguished when I entered water

There is also an in game mechanic where Tanks wont get ammo racked if they are under water

I swear that it happened to me, a SPG shot my MT 25 blowing away all my HP and a fire started, I panicked and drove into water and the fire was extinguished - I didnt equip any kind of Fire extinguisher

Driving a burning vehicle into a body of water is rather a bit more unpleasant than letting it burn on dry land. For starters, your fuel lines are broken so there's a good chance the oil's floated up the water, burning. That means your now-underwater crew, who has to go to the surface of the water to escape, will now be on fire as they escape. That's of course assuming that they haven't been asphyxiated by the fire burning any leftover air in the crew compartment.

Then there's the issue of fire spreading up the tank, heating up stuff higher up like the ammo stored in your turret. Or maybe the snorkel.

Also, there's the issue of your engine being underwater. Diesels can crawl out since they rely on pressure (assuming the engine's not burned the important bits); petrol can't because spark plugs and water don't go so well.

Then your tank's lost its fuel too. If you're lucky that the pumps work, there should be enough fuel left in the pipes and extra gas tanks (tanks have multiple gas tanks, sometimes). If you don't, then it won't be driving out of water.

Enough players take their towels and umbrellas to the beach on Overlord already .... do they really need further encouragement by providing in-game water-wings?

You learn you drown (well, I did) by trying to cross deep water the first time. Hopefully after that it's just an occassional slip'n'dip ... we don't need more swim time.:P

p.s. (for OP) Have you heard of World of Warships?

"wet" ammo rack is not actually water in the tank, it's a mixture of water, ethylene glycol and a trademarked rust inhibitor called Ammudamp.

New premium consumable "Expanda Foam" 20k per use.

Just to fill the fist sized gaps that many T34s had from the factory back in WWII.
