We are aware of an error currently affecting Crystal Warfare Ruby #71 tournament, preventing the matches to be played according to the correct format.

All teams affected will be compensated accordingly

I had the same issue in the 1v1 tourney the other day . I was waiting ready to play and got a tech defeat.

Hey Captain, I just checked your battle logs from the tournament you are referring to (I assume it was King of the Hills Tier V #70), unfortunately you had your T-34 shielded selected but you weren't ready in the Members tab.
