Dont really care about the emblems/medals.... Just thankful for the actually very useful things WG are handing out. My info states my account was created 01/01/2012 so what ever I get Im sure will be handy

Yes, you have 1 year to claim this reward. It does not change the reward if you claim it in 2018 or if you wait to claim it in 2019.

The date listed in your Service Record. Or you can use the worldoftanks.asia portal to search your IGN out - there's a "Account created on this date" listed under the name.
