Hey,

 

I have been playing world of tanks for over 5 years now and 2.5 out of that 5 years, I've been using my 4g LTE connection, When we had the Singapore server I used to get 50- 60 ms ping and after the new Hong Kong server came up I've been getting 120-140 ms ping. But for the last 2 weeks or so I am getting 250-320 ms ping , I even tried different carriers and still had the same issue with the ping. My friends who have a wired connection had the issue for 2 days but it got fixed. so here is the problem . All over India, everyone who uses a wireless 4g connection to play tanks is getting 250- 320ms ping. This happened after the update before the one with the gifts 

 

I have contacted WG support and they seem to think it is an issue with my system or local network. but its not. This problem exists not only for me but also for all the people i know who plays World of takns in India. 

 

no other games have the issue and the ping is good for the guys who play on a broadband connection ie, not 4g.

 

 

Guys if u have this same issue speak up so that WG can get this resolved.

I'm having the same issue..

I also use a 4G  connection and used to get a flawless ping around 100ms....But after  the recent updates, it's all messed up...Now I'm getting 300+ms.

Same here in Malaysia. Sine server move to Hong Kong, my ping went to minimum 97 ms from stable 68 ms with unstable ping when in battle (up to 999 ms). Red dot keep flashing every 4 secs. I think Hong Kong server is the problem. Not our LTE connection

No, from my wired connection I get around 60-80 ping. From LTE though it's 350, used to be less. I'm from India too.

Have you found any solution?

I'm from India..having the same issue on broadband connection.

Nowadays I'm getting ping around 300+

It was within 40ish in SG server.

Since they moved to HK, it is just unplayable now

I had to change my internet connection to fix the issue and the high ping issue with Jio has been resolved.
