Alright, the more percentage a crew has of this "medic" skill, the shorter cooldown time for the small / large Medkit consumable. averaged all crew 0% skill = 89 seconds cooldown, averaged 50% skill = 69 seconds cooldown, averaged all crew 100% skill = 20 seconds cooldown.
1 clean hit to an enemy tank is enough to make my day in battle.

So shouldn't Repair skill do the same thing? Instead of speeding up repair, it speeds up consumable reuse?

 

Or should we have a Repair Kit skill separate from the Repair skill, then have a Medic skill separate from the Medic Kit skill?

Whats done to the repair skill is done, so best to leave it as it is. Its the medic skill that is different.... i think this is better
