Hi everyone,
Firstly, we're really sorry about this. In the madness in the lead up to Christmas, there were a few crossed wires which led to some confusion around who was handling what. Regardless, Tanitha and myself are now following up on this personally and hope to have it resolved fairly shortly. Hopefully, we can update you early next week.

And some . NA mods apologised for it being just one week late . Then proceeded to throw in a Large Box or 2 because of the delay . A lot of happy campers on NA getting Tanks / Gold / Premium time etc as a result . We are now 28 days after the event .

L60 is the free tank (garage slot) i think hole. Did other servers get other stuff again?

NA mods apologised for them taking so long to get the rewards out to folks . It was just one week after the event , however they decided to give the NA folks a sweetener .
So they gave everyone a Large Loot Box or 2 . So at minimum everyone on NA got the 250 gold value of the box + whatever other goodies popped out .
Head over to the Asia server . Not a peep for over 28 days . Over a month later and they finally get around to it . I fail to understand why this server was treated so disparagingly .
