Recently I've noticed that sometimes when aiming at tanks either just below or on a ridge line or crest the target splits in two the green target reticle drops down like it hanging and then you literally have two target reticle's, I've spoken to other players who have experienced the same issue?

Have noticed the same.i have found i cannot pre aim on a spot. When the target appears  the gun requires re aiming ,causing the sight to bloom and the shell to fly off into space. i seem to remember this being a thing a while ago but it has become quite noticeable.

It's to do with the point of aim. One is aiming at the sky box and then when it drops it is aiming at the ridge or target. It's a matter of perspective.

Vertical adjustment has always been in the game. Tends to be more noticeable with large maps and slow shell velocity guns.
