Can anyone explain how this additional rewards thing is meant to work?

I played 7 games last night and got no additional rewards including a top of winning team game and two others in the top 3. Is it not fully enabled or am I missing something?

Buff the o-i eXperimental please!! ! With nerfed 105mm gun with 150 damage per shell and 14.5 seconds reload,poor hull traverse speed, poor armour only 75mm and a 35kph with decent acceleration
