I sincerely hope that the official can manage the speed of handling customer complaints. I wrote two suggestions on the official website, and each proposal waited a week before replying. I waited for half a month.
If this processing speed continues, I really don't know when I will have a head. I only hope that the official customer service response speed is as fast as possible.
Of course, my suggestions are all written in English, and there is no problem.
The news I sent a week ago, I have not responded yet, I only hope that the official can reply as soon as possible.
