Unfortunately the low tier ANZ stuff already does. To be fair, caring about gameplay for the ANZ bunch is more important than worrying about seal clubbers' stats however.

People will notice that the game would be full of bots if their service record is not changing.

how is everyone doing so far??? anyone learned to farm them bots before they even start moving? for me it makes this game mode less boring, by finishing these bots faster its like cutting through the grind.

If anyone here is still playing homefront, heres some tips for the final push:

- Front Points are determined by number of waves faced, not highest tier of tank your squad has.
4 waves:
Win: 25 / Loss: 15 (average)
7 waves:
Win: 50 / Loss: 30 (average)
10 waves:
Win: 100 / Loss: 60 (average)
The fluctuations depends on your team's performance (ie, your tanks remaining and defence shields)

[Edit update: Got a match yesterday of 3-3-3-2-2, 10 waves where the loss gave +75 Front points. Not sure if intended or lucky bug. Got to 9/10 waves.]

[Edit 2: Updated average points in bold above, these points assume you make it more than halfway through the total waves]

 

- Division Points only affect your division progress. Is not the limiting factor to getting the improved equipment. You will hit the tier III before getting that 2000 Front points usually. 

Win: 6-10

Loss: 6 and below.

 

If your aim is both improved equipment, just platoon the tier Is with tier IIIs and hope they carry. Forfeiting the Division points for more Front points is worthwhile.

 

Weird combos like 3-2-2-1-1 squad will result in a 7-wave game despite having a Tier III player in the squad.

It depends on the team composition

 

e.g. Full tier 3 = ~130-ish (137?)

with one tier 2 = ~115-ish

with 2 tier 2 = ~97

 

So you'll drag down their front points

Sitting on 25 jerricans of gas with 300/2000 Eastern and 700/2000 to go on the Western front. Already have all of them up to Lvl. II so I got the paint already.

 

Should I push for even a single dirty equip? What date does this end?

Was pretty fun actually, platooned up with 2 others in discord and it was pretty much a guaranteed win. We did the western front and as long as you had a couple of double airstrike level 2's you were gold for a win. On Sand River you had to play like a numpty to lose given how close you could get to spawn points and take out lots of tanks before they got onto the map proper and how grouped up the tigers and panthers were. Even playing by myself losing on that map was very rare.

 

The highlight was killing 5 panthers in about 15 seconds before they even got anywhere near the entry onto the map (on Sand River) with multiple airstrikes. 

 

I only played in the level 2 tanks and ground out the 3 tickets for the dirty equipment. Was pretty easy and had a bit of a crack on the Eastern front for giggles. Was a bit harder with only 1 support strike but found the TD's very strong even level 1 was powerful.

Hm, can't get online until 11pm later so that leaves me 8 numb hours for a grind, or 16 battles.

 

Shouldn't have stockpiled so much oil I wouldn't be using anyway...

i can relate to that. I think WG patched an "issue" in which i could easily know where the bots would spawn because when the "enemy advances" warning pop outs every single bot spawn point would lauch a firework from the exact location the bots would spawn, then all i would do is to spam airstrike and artilery strike and kill 5-6 enemies before they even start moving... So wargaming removed the firework but i could still figure where they would spawn from so farming the spawn poing by spawn camping would make my battles faster and less boring...

wow i need to delette this comment before the mods see it!! thank you man! And yeah the bots are plenty in this game mode, i think their script leads them straight towards the turrets at just 5 minutes of game.
