Ran into this sort of thing right over and over at the start, and didn't really play much after that as a result.

Punishment should be extreme for this sort of thing.

Could also be I'm an old fart and the reflexes are just not up to it!

I know 1st hand how hard it is to micro manage a clan, as a leader you don't want you're clan to be tarnished by these allegations but kudos to you pr154 for doing what you are doing. In the end its hard to control what each and every clam member does. The players responsible have to cop it on the chin, they know they are doing wrong and bringing the clan name down in the process

Dang, people must be learning, now they are dropping tags.

Noobs don't snipe because they are good at snipe; noobs snipe because they can't do anything else / People don't lose because they lemming; people lemming because they are losers

Do not confuse team strength with individual strength; a single enemy killed in a 1v3 is worth more than two enemies killed in a 4v2 / Lanchester's Square Law predicts in a 2v1, the side with 2 will end with 1.5 tanks remaining, so if you won with less than that remaining, you're actually noob, not pro

When you are not losing because you outnumber the enemy, your other flank is losing because they are outnumbered; it's just math

Law of mirror: When you are holding a 1v6 against the enemy, you own team is also getting 6v1 held by the enemy

Noob self-balancing theory: When you release a good tank, enough noobs will flood to play it, until the server stats become average again

In light of recent events we've made it clear to our members that we will happily assist them to drop tags in the event of a gross Fair Play violation in this game mode:playing:

I noticed on Saturday that clan tags are no longer visible in Steel Hunter.

Thanks WG for making that adjustment, whether it be in response to feedback here or from other avenues

Obviously there were some pretty ugly scenes of teaming along clan lines while the mode was running, but I'm glad the mechanism for a presumption of guilt by association is no longer there...

Hopefully this also frees up the WG CSO's to focus on some of the real issues of teaming and unfair play as they arise

Now if only they can remove clan visibility from the in-game client so people can't check after the battle...

...Or at least allow WG-CSO investigations to focus on the more obvious and egregious sins

I'd suggest if an act of getting teamed on was so obvious that you remembered everyone's names after the results came through, it wouldn't matter whether it was along clan lines or not...
