Did you claim the prime package after you got Twitch Prime on your account?
Did you sync your prime account to your WoT account?

It s funny because I'm having a similar issue that I initially I got the king tiger package had a payment issue where wargaming removed the tank and screwed up my twitch prime account got nowhere with WG support then went twitch prime support and they passed me onto Amazon, then Amazon passed me back to Twitch Prime and now I just given up because they took my money and I followed all the linking crap and still no packages... so a total waste of my [edited] time....Oh and the $6.99 per month since July what a rort

One thing I found lately. I'd created other twitch accounts on the same email, maybe have to delete those to get this to work. Do the lost password/account option, see if you have multiple accounts.

I tried to take up one of the earlier offers around this time last year. Seems I have 2 Twitch Accounts somehow, one for AU and one on the main Twitch portal. When I linked my accounts it all went to shit, I couldn't claim the offer (this is when I found I had 2 accounts) WG couldn't help, I contacted Twitch, they couldn't help and told me to take it up with Amazon as it's an Amazon Prime thing. All I know is with 2 days left on my 'trial period' it still wasn't sorted so I cancelled my subscription. Amazon then continued to bill me for the next 6 months, even though I had an email from them confirming my Amazon Prime Account had been cancelled before my trial expired. After 6 months they finally stopped billing me, but so far have not returned 1 cent. Apparently they are too big a company to be wrong, and will just charge you what ever the fekk they like, when they want to. It wasn't until I threatened to get the ACCC involved they stopped charging me for something that was cancelled during a trial 6 months earlier. I've given up trying to get my money back, which probably what they want the greed parasites.

And that is why i gave up on twitch prime before i got in too deep. Some comapanies are just a law unto themselves. So my advice is get involved with twitch prime at your peril.

The loot you get from Twitch prime is really nice. I hope they allow us to keep the King Tiger if they end the Twitch Prime loot thingy.
