Hi everyone,

I am playing WOT with English set as the game language (English Client), just like everyone knows, we are seeing "empty boxes" in-game chat when other languages texts are use. 

But when I tried running WOT with Simplified Chinese as game language (Chinese Client), not only am I able to read Chinese text, i am able to read other languages like Japanese and Korean as well.

I would prefer to use the English Client with different languages available to us than to see "empty boxes" . 

I know there used to be some old threads out there to allow English Client to read Chinese, Japanese, Korean fonts/texts in-game, but the mod-pack does not seem to work for the current version. 

So if anyone knows of a way for English Client to view other languages or has a language mod-pack that can help with this please share with me.

Nah, I tried JP client and it still shows boxes

There have been numerous requests to HQ to have the Hangul language added but it appears to be low on the todo list

Seem like it can show only simplified Chinese text and not traditional Chinese text for JP client. Simplified Chinese client can show both traditional/simplified Chinese text, even Japanese and Korean(not sure about the rest).

Swapping around English and Simplified Chinese client as of now.

But I rather be using English client as I am a slow Chinese reader.

Aww sad to hear this, guess this issue only applies to Asia server, hope they will add it in or have mod packs for this.
