I am wondering if it is worthwhile considering that National fragments should automatically convert to Universal Fragments when you have completed the nation tech tree?

Or all of the above. And yeah ever since they had that special handing out Czech fragments I've figured that if wg ever do decide to release free content again I'd be set.

Personally I got 90+ Czech fragments when my Czech tree is complete. So this would be a welcome option.
But have it be MANUAL conversion not automatically. So we can stockpile ahead in some cases (eg [Japanese] TD line)

I agree, wargaming are looking at addressing this, maybe exchange (manually) national fragments for bonds.
