Basic Front

4. Applications for landings in the territory of the Basic front are available to any clan with at least 10 members who own a Tier X vehicle,  regardless of whether the clan already owns provinces on any Front. A maximum of 10 simultaneous landing applications are available.

General Rules

12. Clans cannot submit applications for landing tournaments on the territory of the Basic front if they own any territories on any fronts.

Don't these contradict?

The way I read it, you can chip the basic front landings provided you don't already hold a province.

If you own land, you either have to map to keep chipping, or move a division onto it.

So are you suggesting that what they are saying is you don't need to hold land anywhere else to eligible to chip for a basic Front landing? Rather than what they actually said which is you can chip a Basic Front landing even if DO own land somewhere/anywhere.?

Way I read it first one says no matter what happens you are good to go chipping more basic front land. Hold land anywhere, ya good to go. Then second says the opposite, got land anywhere, you can't chip the basic front.

Being asked elsewhere too but keen to know. Really changes our planning depending on which one we have to go by.

Taking the first rule literally, it says that you can apply for landings provided you have 10 players with tier 10s on the basic front regardless of if you own land on other fronts or not.

The 2nd rule says that you can't apply for landings on the basic front if you have land anywhere.

My interpretation is that the 2nd rule is the one that holds, but official clarification is needed.

Last Campaign.

12. Clans cannot submit applications for landing tournaments on the territory of the Basic front if they own any territories on any fronts.

4. Applications for landings in the territory of the Basic front are available to any clan with at least 10 members who own a Tier X vehicle.

Ok, sub question.

4. Technologies

   1.  Each technology is obtained once during the event and remains in effect until the event is over.
    2. A technology takes effect as soon as it is purchased in the Lab or after the clan receives it for completing a clan task.
   3. The effects of several technologies of the same type stack. Therefore, if a clan gets a technology that provides +5% to personal Fame Points earned, and later earns a technology that     provides +10% to personal Fame Points earned, the clan members will receive a total bonus of +15% to personal Fame Points they earn.
   4.  The cost of each technology may change dynamically depending on the number of clans that have purchased the technology. The more clans that get a particular technology, the less expensive it is for clans that do not have it yet.

What is this technology? How do we get it and where do we apply it? None of the tech listed in section 5 affects Personal fame points, something changed?

I reckon this is just another mistake, my understanding is this is the same as last campaign. Personal fame is ONLY increased via personal investment, completely separate from clan fame and laboratories investment

Correct, this is quite confusing. Will edit the Basic Front rule 4 and remove "regardless of whether the clan already owns provinces on any Front".
General Rule 12 is valid, as in previous campaigns.

It should have been "Fame Points" without personal. Will edit.

Thanks for reporting.

As there should be. The best advantage to personal fame is winning.
