Are these rewards paid out at end of event?
I have reached level 3 and no bonds etc.
Cannot find info on when the no-clanwar-makeup prizes get paid.

u need to finish the lvl 3 when enter 4 u get 1100 bonds and the rest and check the event process u could claim some rental tanks and emblem as well

This is unintended. You're supposed to get the bonds and gold at Tier 3 but the mission was incorrectly added and instead requires you to level up 3 times. This apparently is going to be fixed for tonight according to the WoT ASIA discord.

The text and mission were bugged which was fixed last night, rewards will be paid after you reach the required level. So 1 point into 5 and you are elligible
