Nothing seems to work.   Mine hung on "discharging Cargo" had to exit and re-enter, and I am on from Australia.   I think it is some sort of regional issue.

People using VPNs have said it works if exit country set to USA, so try different settings.

So a question with Auctions - if you put a bid in for X gold ... it automatically deducts from your gold.

 

What happens if you are not successful with the auction and don't get the tank?

 

Do you get the gold refunded automatically?

 

I saw someone saying in general chat that you have to raise a support ticket to get your gold back if you don't win an Auction on the black market, just wanted that confirmed or not.

The previous auction unsuccessful bids were restored the next day.

I don't recall the actual time but i think the next item was up on the BM by the time my credits were returned.

Here's hoping that the Black Market returns next Year with a more favorable selection of Tanks to sell to the Community, and I do hope with the newest implementation of the Auction Feature it will not get out of hand and sell them at ridiculous Starting Bid Prices for example the BT-SV from the Black Market 2020 selling for 10,000,000 Credits as starting Bid, crazy.

 

I would also like the other communities in other region to have some kind of compensation or workaround seeing as they aren't "legally" allowed to participate in the Auction instead of just blatantly saying no and not caring, not cool. And if you did care you'd have done something about it long ago.

Well the BM is over for this year and I have to say that it was an abject failure.   Some improves are required to make this worthwhile:

 

1. You have to make it accessible to all players.   A 3am drop for the eastern states of Australia is just ridiculous.   5am for kiwi's is also a bit unfair.   Make it 24hr drops and run it for a bit longer but offer good product.

2. Have enough product to keep people interested, eg 2500 of the FV215b 183 was simply not enough and the Australians and Kiwi's were at a disadvantage due to some browser issues and like me missed out.

3. Stop re-rolling the same old tanks that you roll out throughout the year or indeed have in the premium shop.   You need to make this a black market not just a re-roll.   That means you have to roll out those tanks that are normally not seen.   That would make it a worthwhile effort.   And not only that but you would keep the longer term players like me interested.   I know you have tanks for bonds and Frontline etc but these tanks could also be added.

4. Get it right the first time, even if you have to delay it.   The saga with the Tier IV was a joke, yes people who bought it got the product they thought it was but those that already had the tier IV were disadvantaged and couldn't even buy it (like me).

5. Get rid of the auction.   Waste of time.   If you want to sell product put a price on it, if the player base wants it give it to them at a decent price.   ie not the BT-SV at 10,000,000 credits, for a Tier III, come on.

 

Just some initial thoughts, hopefully WG will take some advice for next time.
