Looks like Web Admin edited the entry and now it SHOWS as "Tier IV - X"

Of coarse they want more bots. Bots use premium time and premium tanks therefor more money for WG. They dont care that it is ruining lower tiers and putting new players off because they are making money. More money means more vodka which means they can get drunk and come up with more stupid crap that noone wants or needs.
