WOT Asia Ranked Battles are: Battle in Tier X vehicles under standard battle rules. The teams will comprise players with a more or less similar rank.
So WOT Asia consider's more or less rank as qualifiers and fully ranked players playing in the same battle.

Objectionable Individual
So before, we had players on numbered levels. This meant the MM tried to match level 13 with level 13 etc.
Now, they've made it worse by only matching the DIVISION of the player.
So all the pubbies that have never played meet the same as somebody on their last qualification battle.
Likewise, all the pubbies who finished their 20 games get matched against the poor guy trying to climb to division 2.
I like old ranked better
