The T-34-3 is fine, it is a brawling medium.
Compared to the IS-3 for example, is has far better gun handling but slightly worse accuracy, same DPM but is more mobile, smaller, slightly worse armour but more gun depression.
Compare to the STG it has worse gun accuracy, and aim time, but far better soft stats and DPM. It is more mobile, has more gun depression and far better armour.
Compared to the M4A1 Rev it has infinitely better armour, far smaller and far more mobile, but the M4 has a gun that is better in every way.
Thing is, the T-34-3 never has to see tier 10's unlike the others, and even if it did, it has essentially the same premium round performance so it has just as good a chance of dealing with them even though it doesn't have to. It is a very well balanced medium.
