I Believe now RNG is designed to favour 1 team. Wargaming makes more money if games are short and over quickly... more games per hour equals more money. I Just played 12 games in a row where games lasted less than 5 minutes some as short as 3 minutes. Very disillusioned with the game.

It's designed to favour bad players. It gives them a chance.

As to short games, that's mostly a result of wg's economy that gives surprisingly good rewards for being a bot or bot like player. It's no wonder there are so many of them nowadays who clearly don't care about their performance.

I never said I lost 12 in a row I keep seeing short games with huge differences in kill numbers.

Those things aren't coincidence. They are how battles work.

And it doesn't take much to get the ball rolling.

A couple of extra tanks decide to not go the "normal" way and push hard into a weakness. Or one good aggressive player who can get an area on the back foot and presses that advantage.

Or a good aggressive player in a mobile tank who identifies the weak spot and goes there.

Lots of players have a "the right spot to go to on this map every time I drive X tank" mentality. And are used to a normal tempo. Any time there is a change to that they struggle to adapt.

You need to clarify what RNG you are talking about as well. Damage roll? Penetration? Accuracy?

Poorer players have less knowledge and skill to overcome the roll of the dice as well. Good players will be able to use armour better, have a better knowledge of penetration and vision/camo mechanics to be able to limit the effect of "bad luck". They might get that low roll or bounce at a critical time but it does not matter so much because they can limit the downside of that roll. They can stay alive better for the reload and next shot. And they probably got set up better in the first place to handle something going wrong.

It should happen often. It would be anomalous if it didn't. Such is how battles work.

Then the players have adapted to the game. Back then, players camp even if they had a massive advantage. Nowadays, more and more players finally understand that moving forward is useful to win.

They just want someone else to move forward first. Cowardly fks.

After all, a lemming train is basically a baby blitzkrieg, they just need someone to lead them.

I know people must not like when I say this, but if you matches are ending too fast for you, and there is nothing you can do to reverse that, then we can only believe you and suggest something that you do to alleviate the pain of participating in such battles. No one is here to judge you, me neither, so I can only believe what you are saying is real (matches ending in 3 minutes against you), and according to my calculations, based on your claims that you can do nothing to stop it (and I believe you), the best way to stay alive longer is to get a huge tank full of more HP, so that the same enemies who all kill you in 3 minutes games, will now take more time to kill you because you have more HP. So techinically your 3 minutes battles will last longer. I dont even know why people dont like this advice, its mathematically (at least) semi-decent advice.

That's all well and good but he's already said that he's not always in the losing team, so your advice, whilst sound, is probably irrelevant

to the OP, naa, RNG does change teams it favors. i mean i have proof. just last night, it favored the oposition2 times in a row, then the very next 2 games, i was on the opposition team and it favored my former team 2 times in a row.

then i decided to play arty and it favored both sides, i mean i could not hit a single shot and and the opposition arty counter fired me !

RNG is ... RNG

Skill has said the same thing over and over. He doesn't espouse the 'tin hat' stuff that Claus goes on about (I stopped watching him a while back after his whinging got too much). He just says that short one-sided games have been the new meta on eu for a while now. I don't think its RNG at all but a skill imbalance in MM. It only takes one good platoon or a really switched on LT to change a game.
