We have already done it with Soviet Rudy that can be changed to Poland Rudy,

 

I want this to apply in USA & British premium & tech tree tanks too. like that tier 8 T34 can be switched to T34 British.

 

I'll give you more example.

AT 15 A can be manned with USA crews

FV 201 (A45) can be manned with USA crews

Excelsior can be manned with USA crews

Chimera can be manned with USA crews

Caernarvon can be manned with USA crews

King Tiger (C) can be manned with British crews

 

i'm sure i made myself clear here.

Not sure about all, but i do suggest tanks with close ties (ie: the Sherman III and American M4A1 could transfer from one another)

 

Maybe make tank families a thing, like:

 

British Medium Cruisers: Cavalier, Cromwell, Comet

 

KV series tanks, IS series tanks, Sherman tank family, Centurions, Churchill, etc.

and for the perks of these 'families', maybe a discount on crew retraining?, or reduced exp penalty during retraining, since by logic similar tanks don't require full retraining, especially tanks that are basically just upgrades like the M4A3E8 which is basically a better M4A1, in real life all that is needed to do is probably give them a tank manual, give them a little course and the former M4A1 crew would be ready to go.
