You continue to spew trash at me, this is the last request to refund my $25, this has taken too much of my time, to the point I may need to adjust my focus.
My whole complaint is centered around the 20 special footlockers I purchased and the absolute lack of value/deception I received.
This is the final request please provide clarification of WG (Wargaming) position:
WG: "Prizes are distributed randomly" first mention of prizes, I have never purchased prizes from WG.
WG: "regardless of the number of boxes purchased" I have never purchased boxes from WG.
WG: "items from the containers drop out really randomly, and we have no influence on the crates." I have never bought crates or containers from WG.
WG: "We are sorry that you dissatisfied with this event, but there is nothing we can do in this situation.
Despite this negative experience, we hope that we have your continued support and enjoyment of the game for all of its positive aspects."
WG" "We always try to be as loyal as possible to our users, and do not have any purpose to deceive anyone.

As we answered earlier, unfortunately, having checked our records, we found that you have made use of the in-game goods you purchased (the footlockers were opened).
The fact you used them, unfortunately, prevents us from performing a refund for this transaction in accordance with our End User License Agreement (EULA). Your EULA is absolutely irrelevent
8. Content
8.4 Wargaming will do its best to make the Content available to you as a part of your enjoyment of the Resources, but this is subject to some rules which we need in order to ensure efficient running of the Resources:
(e) the Content you have access to is not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable for other Content or for cash, or other goods or services unless otherwise provided in the present EULA or as permitted in the Resources, subject to any Non-Excludable Rights;
9.5 Below are the rules that apply to Additional Features:
(b) once you have acquired Additional Features, those Additional Features are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (whether or not you use them), except as set forth in this EULA, subject to any Non-Excludable Rights
