I'm a pretty terrible player, although I have network issues sometimes too. I thought the IS-7 line was noob-proof, but I'm struggling with the KV-1 after it was moved to tier VI, there's 0 armor for a tier VI HEAVY, a shitty choice of guns, and so-so mobility. It still feels like a tier 5 with the HP pool of a tier VI. What can I do to make this turd more bearable? I have all the modules, which gun is best - the 85mm or the 122mm? Also, please suggest general strategy for this steaming pile of crap.

IS-7 line *was* foolproof, until they took the tier 5 KV-1S and pushed it up a tier. Use the 85mm and go like a fake MT; at least it deals consistent damage with good DPM letting you grind it faster

Yes the current KV-1S at Tier 6 is a heavily nerfed version of the old KV-1S. If any, the KV-85 is resembles the old KV-1S.

 

Anyway, just use the 122mm on your KV-1S and load some HEAT rounds. It'll definitely pen some Tier 7 and 8s.

 

Oh quickly skip it and unlock the IS. Good luck!

I think downvote button needs to be reintroduced for new player zone so the newcomers asking the question knows if an advice is horribly, horribly horrible.

I would imagine that a reroll with an average tier under 5 and a 54% win rate is enough of a warning.

I'm not a reroll. I just left my account inactive all these years in SEA server because I still play in NA server.

And do I smell flaming? I'm just stating my opinion which the TS asked for.

 

Perhaps my playstyle is different from TS, but does it make this a horrible advice?
