Promoting/provoking EULA violations. User sanctioned

 

7.6 Your Account is personal to you and cannot be transferred or traded with any other user. Any sale, purchase, lease, rent, exchange, other commercial exploitation of Accounts is prohibited.

 

8.2 The Content and all of the intellectual property rights in the Content are owned by us (or by our affiliates and partners as applicable) and you may not use or exploit any of it without our permission. However, in return for your acceptance of this EULA, during the time this EULA is in force between you and us, we grant you a personal right (known as a ‘licence’ to use the Content in connection with your access and use of the Resources, including by downloading, installing and playing the Games. This licence is:

(a) ‘non-exclusive’ (meaning that we can grant the same and similar licences to other people as well);

(b) ‘revocable’ (meaning that we can terminate this licence in certain circumstances, which are explained further below);

(c) ‘personal’ (meaning that you may not use the Content for any commercial purpose);

(d) ‘non-transferable’ (meaning that the licence is only for your benefit and you may not transfer or sub-licence any of the rights that we grant to you to any other person);

What's wrong with piloting someone else's account? Is he using cheat Mods? If I have a split personality, does that mean my account should be banned? Anyway, I have been gifted accounts that have a shitload of tanks including premium tanks because them players simply decided to leave the game permanently. And my this account is used by my nephew every now and then because he is too lazy to start his own account and grind his own tanks. So just because he comes to my house to visit me and plays a few games using my account, I should be banned for it?

Obviously I would not give my account to someone that's going to cheat, I would hate to pay $1500 only for my account to get banned, speaking of which wargaming should be spending their resources cracking down on cheating, like aimbotting, hence why I want someone to pilot my account because I know I have no chance getting a tank vs cheating clans.

 

And yes you could make the argument a bunch of players get banned when the campaign results are finalized, however it's still not good enough because in order to be in the running for a tank in the first place you need to win battles, it's not possible with the cheating going on atm, this campaign will see more cheating that has ever been seen before especially when clans have a incentive to cheat with this new tank up for grabs.
