Thanks Stewie, I was still logged into Game Centre on RU, started loading after I logged into ASIA.

If you haven't installed the Wargaming.net Game Center (WGC), you can download it by clicking this link.
That reads to me as the second link being a link to the WGC - where the download should start automatically - not a link to the sandbox itself.
