I want to explain first, I have opened Emil 1 around 2018 so my Leo Tank has elite status and the crew acceleration feature is available. Now I want to open the Udes 14 medium tank, but my Tank Leo experience doesn't increase. how to fix that, Is it a Bug?

How many flipping posts do I need to get past Major?
Try turning on and off crew training. It may trick the data base into fixing itself.

either u dont play the Leo again after u unlock the Emil or u dont turn off accelerated crew training after u unlock Emil, no other possible explaination after that
