After a few weeks of pause, today I logged in my account but I got this announcement that my account had been suspended:

Your account has been suspended. Reason: This account was locked due to security reason. Please contact Billing Support...

If the issue is with "Billing Support" that suggests a payment issue. Whilst you may not have spent money on the game, has somebody "gifted" you some stuff? If they did, and performed a "charge back" - that would result in the suspension of your (and their) account. Just a thought. Came across a real piece of work some years ago who used to get off ripping people off in this way.
