Users connecting from Korean IP addresses are set to the lowest user rating. It makes you form a party with inexperienced users. If you are fighting alone, your allies will kill themselves and always lose. If you do the 10th, the 9th is that phenomenon. The system that joins the party for each ip address is dirty.
