In theory, you could break-red either an SU-18 with stock engine, or a VAE Type B with the elite engine (VAE's stock engine has more module hitpoints than its elite engine, surprisingly), within 17 seconds. Assuming an RSG still removes 1.5 module hitpoints per second.

17 seconds... thats a new lowest 
record for me. i remember usling LTG in westfield, spawed at bottom & remove speed governor from start all the way to the top. Engine went bust after 20+ seconds
