Anyway, now I'm wondering what percentage of the server just brainlessly buys credits.

 

It's worth remembering that for the countries on our server where the currency is weaker, non-FTP WoT is strictly a rich man's game. Well, a comfortably upper-middle class man's game at least.

 

Certainly more than a few players are used to suckling on daddy's credit card anyway for their tanks fix, regardless of nation.

I would be curious too about how many people would spend real world money on something that is essentially an infinitely available resource.  Only requires playing.  If you play in the mid tiers it is almost impossible to not make credits.  You'd have to shoot gold into the sky the whole game not to make credits.

That's why I'm taking advantage of the free premium tanks from last holidays. They're just T2-T3, but they're free and premium and I save more credits using them. Also bought low tier premium tanks (cause they're cheap) and having fun in low tiers. Sure, again they're just T3-T4 ones, but again I earn more credits and save. Low tier is fun too (especially in very early mornings when there are more AI bots--when will we have PvE mode for WoT, WG?)

Ah, also avoid using heavy tanks! i have experienced negative silver/credits result using KV-1 and O-i Experimental.

Use light tanks as much as you can!

Or you can equip Premium Repair Kit and Premium Medical Kit.

But never use them!

You equip them only for that passive benefits only!, they reduce the chance of you getting ammoracked & crew injury by a tiny tiny bit. But again: never use them!

Equipping them will also increase your survival chance by a tiny tiny bit.

I have completed 60k + battle for this silver accumulating chores. trust me on this one.

With those same tanks you'll gain many more credits if you actually play properly, and do damage, give spotting assistance and so on.

 

All the above does is show what a bad player you are, and I can't see how it's personally satisfying to do nothing of any value at all.

No wonder people sometimes struggle to tell who is running a bot program. Or is this just a guide on how to optimise the running of your bot program, with a meta forum post to throw camo on the use of a bot program?

I had 9k credits this morning ... gold spam at tier 9/10 is expensive lol. Still sucked even using 2 key

I may have burned 2 mil credits in 22 bad games smh.
