Usually it's around $10 (though depends what currency you're using to exact price). Because the full price includes the bundle of items you get in the marathon, not just the tank itself, so that bumps the prices up.

 

As for the tank, each will have their own preferences and values. But as a general statement, I don't think this tank will be regarded as being a highly competitive tier 9. While it does have some positives, I'll just call out the negatives so you can decide whether you can work around them:

- poor mobility

- big weak cupola at the front

- looooonnng aim time (as they made a joke of in the video)

- very poor dpm (19s base reload time)

 

Of course, this is the cheapest you'll ever get it, so there's that if you may ever want to have/use it in future.

I thought 5 USD was too expensive already since I been seeing this tank in the battlefield and was thinking 5 USD wont kill me as long as I dont smoke for a week, which is worth 5 USD here. But since its actually 10 USD I am gonna skip this HP pinata and save this money for a future marathon. Thanks!

An Ultimate TOG II*^TM (1810 HP, 2473.44 DPM) will win against an out-of-the-box WZ-114 (2300 HP, 1658.37 DPM), with a time-to-kill of 54.6 seconds across 16 shots against the WZ-114's 57.54 seconds across 4 shots.

In reality though, the 114 will get there first, find some cover, play peak a boom as the tog approaches and whereas the tog has to aim for the cupola, the 114 just shoots the tog anywhere as it crawls in, so the tog will be first gone with minimal damage to the 114. It'd only be if defending cap that the tog would have any impact in this competition, but unless there was no cover for the 114 to approach, it would likely still win by taking cover while it reloads.

In reality, a lone TOG won't see the 114.

 

That said, without cover or terrain, at a few hundred paces' charge the TOG will outspot and outcamo the 114 oddly enough, giving the first strike advantage to the TOG and hastening the 114's death by 3.64 seconds. Which is faster than the 114's aimtime of 3.74 seconds giving the TOG a second strike advantage as well.

In summary a really horrible tank that'll have good moments simply due to people playing the tank unconventionally.

Maybe but if WG releases a Tier IX OP premium you know people are going to purchase it anyway. There is very little moral consideration for someone who purchases something bad from WG even though that's completely backwards.

Give it a couple of years and that might very well just happen. We're currently in the "IS-6/KV-5" phase of Tier 9 premiums. Then again, I'm not sure if they would do that since the Concept 1B could easily have been a Tier 9 OP premium sold for real money but WG lumped it under the Ranked store... probably because they know they'll earn more from all the tryhards spamming gold shells in Ranked each season
