How about another set of markings added to allow for those who have 100% MOE? This is quite an achievement which would be great to reward with something special??

Objectionable Individual
To be honest, it's not really needed since going for 100% is so difficult it's not really accessible to a large amount of players.
An idea floated before was the marks go 'gold' when you hit 100% but in my opinion, going past 95 is really just for personal satisfaction.
