I use Nvidia tools to capture the replay on playback, that creates an mp4 file directly.

I cant wait for the 15 minute redline camping bush replays, mixed in with the 90 second yolo scout replays. They should make for much entertainment. Moreover, they will be able to take my game to the next level.
