I got a Twitch token when I opened the game. Please note that I have no Twitch account. Is this free or did my account get hacked.

that 1 token is given to all players for free. u want earn more, link your twitch acc to WOT acc, watch streams, done u got more coins/missions to get more coins to trade for in game items. u dont want any of it, just play like normal.

Aside from not mentioning the free token (why?), I think they really didn't make the instructions and process complicated enough.
"Missions of the week", preconditions, time limits, limited multiples, differing missions, multiple weeks, varying rewards.
Why? This should be a lot more simple than it is.
