Near as I can tell :

 

The Commander CC's are the ones doing the drops . So Daki , QB , Dez , Skill etc

Token drops go 5 / 10 / 10 / 10 / 10 . So total of 45 tokens

No mission requirements .

Each drop requires 1.5 hours of stream time

You have to claim the drop in order to go to the next drop 

 

Some of the CC's like Daki and QB do long streams so you can get them in one session . However times zones make it hard . No idea if we have any Local CC's

 

Best to claim everything by the 27th . Event is supposed to finish on the 28th

Those are the Commanders drops, there are still drops from the Asia CCs and WG Asia in their various Twitch channels, if you follow them you will get notifications of when they are streaming.

Good stuff . With Daki . QB and Skill I know they will be on regardless . They also do long streams . Better than taking pot luck with whatever is supposed to be local .
