Seriously you know there is a whole technical help subforum and multiple threads there that if you actually bothered to read you would know exactly how wrong your conclusions are?

Post your pingplotter results.

If you don't know what pingplotter is then read the threads about troubleshooting this stuff before you talk about server load issues.
