Once again had one of those games where in the rush to get to a good position I clipped a rock and ended up on my side for the whole battle.

No team mate helped and I was stuck on my side for the whole game. Don't want to abandon the battle so just stuck there being bored and waiting for my team to either lose or for the enemy to kill me.

Wouldn't it be better for the game if I could right myself instead of doing nothing?

This could be done a couple of different ways. There could be a timer for 30secs after which you are automatically righted or you could use the repair kit to right yourself.

Either way would be acceptable to most players.

We wanted better MM, they gave us Wheelies

It definitely shouldn't be free, but I think the idea of using a repair kit to right oneself would be fair. That said the real problem is some of the physics code and how tanks react when touching a rock is just ridiculous and really should be improved.

It's one of the few ways to control the wheelie population.

By minimizing the risks of hazardous driving and tipping over, wheelies would be even more toxic to deal with.

Although to be honest wheelies are just about the most resistant class to turning over, they seem to have magical powers in this regard even now.

Regular tracked tanks seem to be able to turn on their side by so much as looking at a soapy rock by comparison.

I have always wished wheelies would turn over more. It would be good to see them get that nerf and then be denied self righting capability.

Only fair since they get improved autoaim and wheel shields.

Sadly, most of them have worked out enough control to avoid it. I can't remember the last time I saw a tipped wheelie - a long time ago.

They should be as trippy and slippy as the T-50-2 when physics was first released.

Not this current reward tank T-50-2, this has its mobility dynamics rebalanced after returning from exile. I mean the OG tech tree T-50-2, which had ridiculous grip and cornering pre-physics and became a rumble-tumble flipwagen post-physics.
