As you can probably see vvombat, there are few replies. What you would also see is how long those who replied have been with the game.
I doubt you will get many more replies because WG has progressively lost a lot of it's more seasoned players due to their own actions.
Killing off the ANZ server won't cause WG to loose any sleep and that is the attitude a lot of the past players have realised and subsequently left the game.
Newer players, if they even know about these forums, wouldn't be able to compare the service we get from WG now to what we got before.
I think the game is loosing a lot of players so WG pockets aren't as full and they are progressively cutting their losses by closing servers.
I'm no computer wizard, but I think this "cloud" server is just the old Singapore server, upgraded maybe, being rebooted so they can close ANZ and HK servers.
As player numbers drop, the SG server can probably handle the traffic better than in the game's heyday.
In a year or so, I think they will cut back on any updates to the game and eventually game support will also go by the wayside.
All games have a life-span. WoT has been lucky to have a long one. I believe we are seeing the slow decline to the game's eventual demise online.
